REVV PERSONAL-USE LICENSE AGREEMENT Version 1.0 - 9 October 2026 Copyright 2026 Revv. All rights reserved. 1. Permission to use You may install and use Revv free of charge on Windows computers you own or are authorized to manage, for personal gaming, recording, and streaming. This permission includes your own monetized livestreams and recordings. No account, subscription, or license key is required for this release. 2. Sharing You may share the complete, unmodified Revv installer free of charge, with this agreement and all included notices intact. You may not sell Revv, charge for access to it, remove notices, or distribute modified versions without separate permission from the copyright holder. Rights in Revv's name, artwork, and original code are not transferred by this agreement. 3. What Revv does Revv can close selected programs, pause selected services in Boost, and change settings when you choose a checkup action. Stream Mode uses a separate cleanup list and does not pause services. Review selections and save your work before cleanup. Undo can reopen tracked programs; it cannot recover unsaved work or guarantee restoration of every window or tab. Some programs must be reopened manually. 4. Warranty and responsibility Revv is provided as-is and as-available, without a promise of a particular FPS improvement, uninterrupted streaming, or compatibility with every computer or program. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no express or implied warranties are provided and the copyright holder is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of Revv. This agreement does not remove rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. 5. Other software Third-party components and Windows components remain subject to their own licenses. See THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt. Mentioning a broadcaster or device brand does not imply endorsement or affiliation. Revv does not install or license OBS, Streamlabs, StreamElements, Meld, or any other broadcaster. Installing or using Revv indicates acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept them, do not install or use Revv.
